Why Buy Factory Direct

Four Reasons Buyers Move This Category to Us

The category is competitive. These are the things that actually change once you buy from the maker rather than from a trading company.

Specification is a production decision

Capacity, readability, unit set and finish sit on platforms we already run, so a change is scheduled rather than sourced.

Branding without a tooling bill

Logo, colour and packaging ride on existing tooling — the standard reason a private-label launch is affordable.

One quotation across categories

Combine kitchen scales with other categories and it moves under one production plan and one shipping document set.

Useful when you fill a container rather than buy single lines.
Honest capability limits

If a specification cannot be built on an existing platform we say so before quoting, not after your deposit.

Kitchen & Food Scales

Kitchen Scale for Wholesale and OEM Buyers

A kitchen scale lives or dies on two things: repeatable accuracy at low weights, and a platform that is easy to wipe clean. Everything else — the display, the power source, the finish — is a packaging decision you make for your market, not for the mechanics.

Our kitchen scale range runs from compact 0.5kg models for baking and portion control up to 10kg versions for bulk ingredient work. Readability is normally 0.1g, which is the increment that matters for yeast, spices, coffee dosing and supplements. Where a client needs finer increments, we move the same platform onto a 0.01g load cell.

Because we build the units in our own factory, we can change the housing colour, platform material, unit set, manual language and carton configuration without changing supplier. That is the difference between ordering a product and commissioning one.

Specification Guide

Four Parameters That Decide the Model

ParameterTypical rangeHow to choose
Capacity0.5kg / 3kg / 5kg / 10kgMatch the maximum load to the real task, then leave a margin.
Readability0.1g (0.01g on request)0.1g covers baking, spices and coffee dosing. Go finer only if you need it — it costs more.
PowerBattery or USB rechargeableBattery suits retail shelves; rechargeable suits markets where spare batteries are inconvenient.
PlatformABS, stainless steel or bambooBamboo suits lifestyle brands, stainless steel suits heavy daily use.

Ranges shown are typical for this category and confirmed per model on enquiry. Where a requirement sits outside them we will tell you what a new configuration would take.

Factory & Capacity

Built Here, Not Resourced

Our 1,500 m² facility in Dongguan runs five assembly lines and 46 production and test devices, staffed by 45 people including six R&D engineers. Around 50 new models are introduced each year, most as variants on platforms already in production — which is how this category keeps gaining configurations without a new development cycle each time.

Documents Matched to Your Market

Every unit is assembled and tested in our own 1,500 m² facility in Dongguan, which is audited by Intertek. Certification paperwork — including whatever your market requires for import — is shared on inquiry: tell us the destination country and we send the matching documents rather than a generic claim.

Send your requirement

Model or category, target capacity and precision, quantity and destination market. A photo or a competitor link is enough to start.

02

03
Sample & confirmation

Samples ship for evaluation. Specification, branding and carton details are locked in writing before production.

04
Production & QC

Units are assembled on our own lines and weighed against the agreed specification before packing.

05
Dispatch & documents

In-stock models leave within 48 hours; branded runs follow the confirmed schedule. Export documents travel with the shipment.

Category FAQ

Kitchen & Food Scales — Buyer Questions

What capacity kitchen scale should I choose?
Match the maximum load to your heaviest real task, then leave a margin. 5kg covers most home baking; 10kg suits bulk ingredient and herbal work.
Is 0.1g accurate enough for baking?
Yes. 0.1g is the increment bakers work to for yeast, salt and spices. Finer increments only matter for laboratory or supplement work.
Can the kitchen scale be rechargeable instead of battery?
Yes — USB rechargeable versions are available on the same platform, so your packaging and listing photos stay consistent.
Can I order kitchen scales with my own logo?
Yes. Logo, colour, packaging and manual language are all part of our OEM/ODM offer. MOQ and lead time are confirmed per configuration.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the model and on whether you need branding. Tell us the model and the quantity you have in mind and we will confirm the exact figure with the quotation — we do not publish a blanket number because it varies by configuration. Mixed-model orders are welcome and are quoted as one combined shipment.
How long does production take?
In-stock models dispatch within 48 hours of a confirmed order. For OEM-branded runs, lead time depends on the branding scope (logo printing, packaging, colour) and is confirmed in writing before you pay a deposit.
